	Simple Ordering instructions:
		Use the order form below to make your selections. Select the Next > button at the bottom of this form to view the order confirmation page, which includes a summary of your order and the total cost, including shipping and tax (if applicable). On the order confirmation page, enter your billing and shipping information. Select the Send Order > button at the bottom of the form; we will ship to you within 24 hours.


	Ordering options

Credit Card Orders: fill in Visa/MasterCard or AmericanExpress number and expiration date on the order confirmation page. Select Send Order > to send it, or print the confirmation page and fax it to (707) 447-6373.

Personal checks or money orders: print the order confirmation page, complete with billing and shipping information, and send it to our U.S. Mail address with a check or money order for the full amount enclosed.

If you are unable to use the form below, you can e-mail your order and we'll reply to confirm. Or, you can just send us U.S Mail right now with a short note indicating what you want, and enclosing a check for the amount (payable to J&J Jojoba, include shipping charges as shown below, and 7.375% tax for CA orders).
